Pretty well every business, no matter how small, needs to have a social media presence. This is partially for basic promotion of the business – general marketing and branding. It also includes the chance to manage your customer relations, giving you the chance to engage with all of those people out there, current customers and those you are hoping to capture, and from that build more of a brand, more of a presence. As always it needs to be done right, preferably with the right imagery, still and video, to go with it all. You also need to choose the right channels and the right schedule for posting and engaging with others.
